Kristen Thomson's Story

I have been breeding Shelties for health and temperament since 1986 under the kennel name “Karab” and currently live with six shelties and occasionally a litter of puppies.  I’ve worked in a Veterinary Clinic since 1992, and lead a very active life with my dogs. I teach and compete in numerous dog sports including obedience, agility, herding and Rally O. My Shelties have to be fit and healthy as performance dogs, and on a diet of West Coast Canine Life they are!

A Message from Judy Johnson, April 2008

I have been feeding my boys (Golden Retrievers Sandy and Jesse) WCCL Pre-Mix since early 2007 and have recently become a distributor. I myself was diagnosed with cancer around that same time. I have been very careful about what goes into my body now, since the diagnosis. Why would I treat my dogs any differently? One out of three dogs is diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and sadly we share the same odds.

I want to know what is going into my dogs and I know this wonderful product is all human quality and organic. It’s even milled locally in a certified organic and Kosher facility! I have seen amazing changes in levels of energy & joy in both dogs since I switched to West Coast Canine Life. Its easy to bake and freeze too– bonus!
